ONYX Advantage™ Software Maintenance is a simple and cost-effective way for RIPCenter,
PosterShop, andProductionHouse users to maintain their software through product upgrades,
new printer drivers, and get access to your cost-data with PrintMetryx™ JobView Pro. PosterShop
and ProductionHouse users get a freeadditional active printer and RIP upon initial purchase
- Software maintenance is limited to a single key which must be specified at the time of
purchase.
- Responses to web and email requests are handled during regular business hours: Monday -
Friday,
7 am to 6 pm MST excluding holidays.
- We respond to Web cases within 2-business days of receipt. Typical response is within
12-business hours.
- Advantage agreement holders may receive a download link for the latest version of
their software
upon availability.
- ONYX only provides support for the current version of ONYX software and does
not provide
Support for previous versions of ONYX Software or OEM versions of software.
